TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHRIS TECH SOLUTIONS (“WE” OR “US”) PERFORMS AND PROVIDES COMPUTER SERVICES AS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AND AUTHORIZED BY THE CUSTOMER (“YOU”). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR OWN DATA. IF YOUR DATA IS NOT BACKED UP WHEN WE START WORKING ON YOUR EQUIPMENT, WE CAN BACK IT UP FOR YOU UPON REQUEST. YOU AGREE THAT CHRIS TECH SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS. WE WILL NOT INTENTIONALLY HARM YOUR COMPUTER, EQUIPMENT, FACILITY, OR DATA. HOWEVER, IN THE CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, EQUIPMENT, FACILITY, OR DATA YOU AGREE TO HOLD CHRIS TECH SOLUTIONS, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND AGENTS HARMLESS FROM DAMAGES. YOU AUTHORIZE US TO TEMPORARILY INSTALL ANY NECESSARY SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER THAT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR US TO PERFORM SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE MAY BE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH YOUR COMPUTER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT MAY NOT BE REPAIRABLE (FOR EXAMPLE WHEN IT IS OLD, OBSOLETE, OR DAMAGED TO A POINT WHERE REPAIR IS NOT A VIABLE OPTION). FULL PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION OF SERVICES. WE ACCEPT CASH AND CREDIT CARDS. IF YOU PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST FOR SPECIFIC APPROVAL. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICES YOU REQUEST, WE MAY ASK YOU FOR A FULL OR PARTIAL PRE-PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE. YOU AGREE TO PREPAY FOR ANY COMPUTER PARTS, HARDWARE, EQUIPMENT OR/AND SOFTWARE THAT YOU REQUEST US TO ORDER ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU WILL BE BILLED THE CURRENT MINIMUM SERVICE FEE FOR THE FIRST 60 MINUTES OF SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENT TIME AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE FOR ALL SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING BEFORE WE START WORKING ON YOUR PROJECT. WE WILL CALCULATE FEES FOR SUBSEQUENT TIME IN QUARTER-HOUR INCREMENTS. IF WE AGREE TO A FLAT FEE FOR YOUR PROJECT AND YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT, YOU AGREE THAT THE ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING. UPON YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE OF THE FEE FOR THE SERVICES YOU ARE REQUESTING, HOWEVER ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED TO IN WRITING BEFORE WE START WORKING ON YOUR PROJECT. WE WILL USE OUR SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE TO PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE, BUT SPECIFIC RESULTS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF CHRIS TECH SOLUTIONS COLLECTIONS AND ATTORNEY’S FEES IN THE EVENT YOU DECIDE NOT TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES WE PERFORM ON YOUR BEHALF. CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING: CLIENTS MAY CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PENALTY BY NOTIFYING CHRIS TECH SOLUTIONS AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. LATE CANCELATIONS: CANCELLATIONS ARE CONSIDERED LATE WHEN THE CLIENT DOES NOT CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. LATE CANCELLATIONS MAY RESULT IN THE CLIENT BEING CHARGED A FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: IF A CLIENT MISSES THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING, THEY MAY BE CHARGED A FEE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
